Where Are You  (1991)

Where Are You (1991)

A Poem by Katseye

Were Are You

Alone and scared I seach;

The walls and ceiling of this dim room,

For a face to confort me.

Where are you?

Why aren't you here with me?

Do you not hear me,

Calling you to come and ease the pain?

To see your smile,

Feel your hand holding mine,

To hear your sweet voice:

Telling me everything's all right;

Would make the pain so much less.

Love can do so much:

Makes the pain less,

The healing quicker,

Happy times happier,

Hard times easier.

Please come and ease the pain.

Just say I love you.

That's all I need.
