Isolation

Isolation

A Poem by Katseye

Isolation

Floating peacefully in

Deep still waters

He tosses pebbles

But as island bedrock

Feels not the waters

I feel no ripple

He shouts to me

As the gale winds blow

But I hear,

Not a whisper

Trapped within

Calm Isolation

This was soothing and peaceful. I felt like I was floating on the surface as I read this. Very nice.
