Laughter

Laughter

A Poem by Kate Z.

Through family and friends and even in life's painful experiences
I am learning that there's a lovely contagion in laughter
And that a smile can accomplish more healing than a thousand words.
So I choose to laugh and smile more than I speak.
Some are annoyed, some laugh with me and are heartened,
And I,
I am strengthened to go on and laugh again.

Nothing better than laughter.
Keeps you living ten years longer.
Though that changes if you step in front of a bus. lol
