A mile in each others shoes

So this is an extrapolation of one of my many paragraphs, try and guess which one if you like! ;) I'm thinking of making it into a book, but we'll see how far that gets. Thanks to one of my friends on here for the brilliant idea, cleared out my writers block like magic!
