Behind Her WordsA Story by AnkoStoneBasically a conversation between me and the boy I liked. But you now. Things don't work out the way you want
“I love her Katie. I love her so much.”
“I know you do.” “I’m an a*****e. That’s why everyone hates me.” “I don’t hate you.” “But she does.” “I’m sorry John.” “I’m sorry too. I love her, but I treat her like s**t.” “No you don’t, she treats you like s**t.” “Yeah. But so do I.” “You really don’t John.” “No one will ever love me.” “I love you.” “I know.” “But I’m not Courtney.” “Why can’t I force myself to like you?” “Because you aren’t attracted to me. I’m not thin like Courtney. I don’t dress up. I don’t wear make up. There are plenty of reasons.” “But that isn’t fair to you. Why do you stay?” “Because, I love you.” “I love you too.” “I would do anything to make you happy.” “I would too.” “One day you will find someone who cares for you as much as me, but is 10x more beautiful.” “You’re beautiful.” “Let’s not do this John.” “You are Katie.” John stop. Because I obviously lack something. Or else you would love me as much as I love you! You would look pass my grim face. You wouldn’t care if I was overweight. You would love me because of who I am. Don’t call me beautiful if you don’t truly mean it. Don’t say you love me, when you aren’t as in love as I am. Because I start to have hope. A false hope. That maybe you will love me. That one day you would drop everything for me, like I have done for you. Don’t do this to me John. Because if you tell me you love me, I might start to believe it. “Okay John.” © 2015 AnkoStoneAuthor's Note
