Fury Surpassed

Fury Surpassed

A Poem by Kate H
"

**This one is about an experience from a former abusive relationship, to which there were a couple of times, I was lucky to make it out of....

"
- There's proper time for pointing the finger, just as well for placing the blame. Feelings spewing above surface, due to promise that never came.
- Surpassing your word to change, to love and always give. Instead accomplishing wrath worse than previous and love ceasing to live.
- Muscles tense, noticeable shaking, a heart that continues to race- voices that speak to you loudly, giving warning to firmly brace.
- Hells wrath approaches, visible in viscious tide, no place of safety to escape to, not even a place to hide.
- Anger released, violence in control, intensity beyond profound. Eyes tightly closed, relaxed, now shifting, with not a single sound.
- Hell hath arrived earlier, than my misjudged guess at first- a drop of sweat from above falls to my face, as I ready for the worst....
