Have You Ever Felt Darkness?

Have you ever felt Darkness?
It surrounds you,
Like smoke,
Gagging you,
Blinding you,
Hiding you,
In its forever blackness.
You hate Darkness.
You love Darkness.
You try to pull away,
But you always come back,
To its forever blackness.
You need Darkness,
To be whole,
To be complete.
Without it you are cold.
Without it you are nothing.
Darkness is a part of us all.
No matter how hard we fight it,
We come back for it again.
So,

Have you ever felt Darkness?
