Every Snowflake is a Wish

Every Snowflake is a Wish

A Poem by Katie Marie

Winter is not
A cold bitter storm,
But a cycle of hope,
For all, young and old.
For every snowflake is a wish,
And every wish is a dream,
And all those dreams create hope,
And make the snow fall again.

Author's Note

Katie Marie
Very short, but it has a powerful message. I wrote this for the 2012 Holiday Card Project on DeviantArt. The purpose of the project is for people to create holiday cards for people that are hospitalized over the holiday season. Anyone can participate, and if you would like to know more information about the project you can go to this link http://heidi.deviantart.com/journal/Holiday-Card-Project-2012-336468251
I encourage everyone to participate to bring cheer to those people that are in the hospital over the holiday's!

"winter is cold,who' say's it's not,
a stromer's roar,people make hope,
for me & for u all .it'll not a just snowfall,
that converts everyone's dream's into wish of bliss's fall,
drem;s creates hope's but it's we ...that meets as reality's huge hug,
it's sounds like a beating drum,
but it's all made by being-humans,
that reached on earth by god's creations, that becomes so brought,
so,every snowflake is a wish,take it a bliss,be believe on ur's tips'.
that shouldn;t be slip,on the snowflakes disk,
$ do all negativities deadly dismiss,by take a long breath........."

This is really great! Makes me smile, which is a rarity amongst anything I read. Somehow it reminds me Whoville from the Grinch, though I'm not sure why. :P
