What do u believe ?

These spooky fallacies still believed
Like garlic chases vampires away
All it does is make you look like a witless retort
And a lit candle blown ,is a spirit hunting u today

Mirrors a portal to a unknown land
A large mirror hung in my bedroom
Never have I been Alice in wonderland
It’s like believing wretched withes exist flying on brooms

The gnarly Jack o’Lantern’s smile to ward off evil’s steps
Put it on porch with a light inside
It peps up the spine-chilling day with the scary pumpkins
Or a good carry bag with hard candies packed all tight

These fallacies , are they or maybe the just the truth
We just haven’t explored the spirit world yet
Till then , i will put this fangtoooth
And become a blood curdling Vampirette

Interesting discussion of the things many people do to celebrate Halloween. For the most part, your message seems to be steeped in doubt & criticism, albeit with a reluctant signing on toward the end. For me, playing with Halloween symbolism is a way of saying there are many dark sides to life that we really don't know a thing about (((HUGS)))

So here we are, Halloween has arrived. At least it has in the UK. Are those spooky fallacies really believed, I ask myself? Are those evil spirits out and about set to terrify us? Will I be making the sign of the cross if I get the chills? Lots to ponder on and thankyou Kathy for your Halloween share, and have a good one.

No parties, like we used to have when all the kids dressed up and went trick or treating. We do have a pumpkin though for carving and I will be making soup out of its innards :) We are also well prepared with treats for any visitors knocking on the door :) How about you?

I'm gonna go trick or treating this time with my friends , finally the joy of haloween after 1yr ... We aren't having a party but just going to knock on doors asking for treats ....wow that's seem nice ... Low supply on treats , cuz I ate half of em so gonna buy some more
