Into the Flames

Into the Flames

A Poem by Kathy Mc Cathy
"

The scarlet tinted jealousy and the bright yellow anguish

"

As i look onto its face ,I see its strong incandescence

The scarlet tinted jealousy and the bright yellow anguish

Gazing too much makes my eyes melt , as i feel its pain

Getting burn as it turns to smoke , such vigorous feelings of this flame

I dive in more , swimming on the edge of this flame

The pain just a smokescreen to its rising waves

Waves of this flame to rise above all this pain

To show more just than the agony in it

Concealed in pain , the real is in the invisible ,

Part of the flame burning with its shining spirit

Getting diffused into the air as it goes

Look closely a friend suggested , as I did that

There is passion in fire. I love looking into the fiery, blazing flames to feel the burn of heat on my cheeks. So much inspiration in fire. Thank you for reminding me with your words Kathy.
