In the name of...

In the name of...

A Poem by Wallflower
"

Spirituality and religion are not always synonymous, nor do they have to be, and sometimes they can't be.

"
I know of things that are otherworldly.
Like the ironic dimensions they place
Boundaries around their world
And me in boundless space
As they gasp my name.
The non-theologist
They face.
But
They say
The god damned atheist.
Dull points to the blame
And i grab my suitcase
Of emperor's clothes and pearls
Like the secret gems from oceans' grace
I know of truth that is otherworldly.

Meet me on the plane
Where neither clouds nor sky suspend.
Love me on the days
Suns will see well beyond our end.
Find me in a way
That eyes will never see.
Come into my mind and decide if there be a casualty.
High above, metaphorically,
Is way deep down inside of me.
