Quiet Riot

Quiet Riot

A Poem by Wallflower

They're all marching to the beat,
Joined forces take up arms,
They've come solely to defeat--
Hoard and Hurt and Harm.

There's a Quiet Riot in my heart,
Sound the silent alarm.
Yes, Sound the Silent Alarm.

The ground is a steady rumble, their numbers reproduce,
And if i fall or fumble, they'll take the chance to tie the noose.
This Quiet Riot fights inside; i haven't the luxury to choose,
Fueled by smiling lies, I'm bound--please cut me loose.

Sound that silent alarm,
No one's gonna hear it anyways,
Sound that silent alarm
That screams in the background of my days
That deafening silence of the chaos from within
Suffering in silence, the Quiet Riot always wins.
Reinstated by their violence, the Quiet riot has set in.

Will is your sole alliance;
Can't deny it,
Quiet Riot, I Will Win.
