Lost

I wrote this for a friend of mine..just a couple minutes ago..

You want to know the truth

You want to know the reason behind my fears

When the truth is

I also do not know

 

I live in my own mind

Where I cause unhappiness for myself

Whether I find it and promise to never let go

Sooner or later I will be gone

 

Love is an interesting emotion

Keeps people together

But can also destroy relationships

I do not trust love

 

Happiness

Its so weird

It comes and goes

My happiness lies so many places..not just one

 

Why I was scared to let you know?

You mean a lot to me

Maybe even the world

But you don’t have to believe me

 

The playful happy kit always around to wipe away my tears

To bring back the happiness that showed upon my face

Losing you in the blink of an eye

A nightmare come to life

 

Stick around and travel into the depths of my mind

As only you have been opened to

I may speak nonsense, maybe even riddles

But you are also the same in some senses

 

Maybe you can find out what it is that is the key to bring out the real me…or maybe I am forever lost
