what keegan said..yes...the waltzing down the pane, the pair of raindrops...

the pompous march...could be two people--uppity but sliding down...like a raindrop...we all fall at one time or another...we need to get our heads out of the clouds.

nice alliteration use also.

Waltzes down the pane :) Can actually picture two rain drops, touching each other slowly moving to the beat of the rhythm and romance of the afternoon as jazz music plays in the backdrop. :) Short, sweet and beautiful. What an elegant write.
