Manhood and Womanhood

Manhood and Womanhood

A Poem by Kate Ruta

Growth of womanhoodand manhood means change.

Both the same; but both are different.

But yet both want the same, wanting someone special in their life.

The glory of manhood and womanhood is you’re no longer a child.

A child is like baby corn starting to grow, grows into something tall and bright.

From girl to woman is like a rose bud growing into a beautiful rose.

From boy to man is a tadpole growing into a frog.

Both strong and independent; but yet both wanting something.

Is it their passion for each other or is it something else.

Passion for each other is like the yin and yang.

Close together they will always be but also as far as can be.

Manhood is no difference from womanhood both are the same but both are different.
