Cosmos

Cosmos

A Poem by Kate Henderson

Buildings tall
Intertwining
Grand mathematical homes
Square and rigid
Modernistic cosmopolitan
Silver and shiny
Full of awe
At beauty in architecture
Complex patterns
Structures non-linear
Crossing and dividing
Building a maze
You can never escape

This has a lot of beauty to it, buildings, ancient, modern and every thing in between, captured the essence and beauty of their time. Nicely written Kate, i will look forward to reading more of your work
