Alone in the Corner

Alone in the Corner

A Poem by Sammi
"

Have you ever wished you were 8 years old again? Because having the pain of loving and loosing someone is much worse than a bruised knee.

"

Thoughts of you running through my head,

feel as if I should just running away from everything.

Not a moment can I sit still without thinking,

about how you made me feel,

how you made me laugh,

made me smile without a try.

I thought about everything,

how about you are,

how you use to love me,

how you use to smile,

how you use to say, "I love you."

I looked at how WE use to be.

But now,

I'm sitting here all alone,

holding a teddy bear to my heart,

wanting you here more than ever.

I must wake up from the dream of that I use to have of you and me,

and face the reality that is,

I'm here without you.

"I thought about everything,

"I'm sitting here all alone

and face the reality that is,
I'm here without you." ~ Shortened up that one very long stanza
