Curiosity of ManA Poem by RaeA poem on man's curiousity. This is actually my sister's poem, and since she didn't have a writerscafe she wanted to put it on mine. Why must man wonder? Why must man roam? Why can’t he keep his mind within his own home? Why does man choose to look to the sky? Why must man always ask why? Will he ever be satisfied by the life he has down here? Can’t he stick to traveling near? Was man meant to land on the moon? Were we just trying to reach the heavens too soon? Can man control his curiosity? This is what runs his drive. His drive to explore new things Instead of stay here to thrive. Man is curious, and always will be From the heavens to the bottom of the sea He will always love learning, Discovering, riches and wealth. I’d ask him to stop, But I’m curious myself. © 2010 RaeAuthor's Note
