Windows

Windows

A Poem by Karissa A. Kelly
"

This one is rather old. I wrote it all the way back in September 2019. I was on a day trip and scribbled this on a cafe napkin. Daydreaming about life outside of the window served as inspiration.

Vehicles
Homes
Offices
Shoppes
Any vessel people may occupy
with windows that allow one to peer;
As I have observed
and quite often contemplate;
Into another's day
Which, if you really think about it
Is a window to their life
Their existence.

Keep the glass clean.
On the inside and out.
