Certainly it if you're looking to build strength you know El Matador thing I actually got it you know eat more than you previously were and making sure that your probably you for the workout so you know there’s normal Windows   hours before and depending on your timing you basically my you done that and then you know we all know about this window you know   minutes afterwards your body’s just readied uptake cars right up a protein and we know that your body actually %uh picas protein better when combined with carbohydrates brown just broke in alone the making sure you get our meal you don’t have to be worked out I'll you know I used to my background wooden track I got ultra marathon been really got farad ate all the supplements and sports drinks and that that ended and history start to realize you know what they were what the ingredients were at if you need its supplement for sport.
