The Boy

when we first met i wasnt sure
we spent the night getting to know each other
the night pasted by in a fun flash
and you offered me a ride home

now we're friends
you've helped me through some hard times
make me laugh and smile when im down
give me hugs to help

you tell me im a good writter
while i think i suck at
but you always make me see differently
incouraging me to write more

we are a like in so many ways
we share similar past experiences
and use it to our advantage
we are similar in so many ways

as close as some friends can be
