Old trees are a wonder in themselves. Even after all those years of endurance, standing tall, imposingly. I wonder what it'd be like if they could speak. Would sure want to hear the story of their life. Wonderful work!

My best suggestion would be that it's great this way. Let the bareness of the poem be reflective of the bareness of the tree.

Wonderful- the bareness of branches waiting for new hope enduring through the storms to be yet adorned with the beauty of new life...the transition between seasons is a wonderful sight to see..lovely🌹
