The Lonely Darkness

Darkness Needs Love Too!!!!!!!!

Darkness surrounds me
Entraps me in itself
When I try to leave, it brings me back
When I speak, it shuts my mouth
It binds my hands and feet
Never to let me go

Then the Darkness speaks to me
Tells me of horrible and lonely things
It tells me of all it has endured
Battles, Murders, Stalkers, and Sleepers
And how no one comes to thank the darkness
For he kept the enemy from seeing you
He kept the cops from finding you
He let no one knows you
He let you rest

Then the light came into the darkness
And the darkness did not understand it
The light said to the darkness,” Thank You”
You step up when I am tired
You take my place when I am weak
For that I am grateful

All at once the darkness loosened its grip
As it left it turned around and smiled
For he was no longer alone
