She

Someone dear to me, that I had to give away.

She is black and tan

 

Her fur tickles my cheek;

 

as she crawls underneath my hair.

 

She likes how warm my hair is.

 

Her fur is sweet.

 

I feed her strawberries

 

as it is her favorite fruit to eat.

 

She likes to squeak

 

when she is hungry.

 

She knows how it annoys me,

 

but I love her to know that.

 

She yawns in a cute way

 

showing her teeth and tongue.
