Being Unknown

Being Unknown

A Poem by Master K-tops
"

A philosophical reflection

"
There is nothing better than being an unknown
The simplicity of life is its beauty
Fame burdens you and you give your life on loan
The only true constant is serenity
Your soul only lives in utmost privacy
The unenchanted mind is the primacy.

Only silent sin can clothe such naked honour
The thirst for more fame-poisoned wine makes you vain
To preserve you "purity, you wed horror
You carry a holed umbrella in the rain.

Money brings you fake friends
And your life becomes a business transaction
Your masked angels are fiends
And your morality becomes a small faction.

Am I insane for still wanting it all?
Am I a fool for chasing fame and wealth?
My mind and soul are in a deathless brawl
And I dofear for my own moral health.

Your second stanza, especially, speaks to our reality TV driven culture of celebrity just for being famous.
