Short and sweet

THis poem is about the short/sweet but sad seperation b/w two lovers who are never to meet again.

            Short and sweet.

 

As we walk hand in hand on a dark starry night on the sea shore where there is no one except the two of us and the waves to applaud on our secret but brave meeting. We do not say a word to each other just keep walking silently as if finding words to say “you cannot imagine how much I love you.”

 

When suddenly you stop and look at me, the breeze makes my hair blow wildly and before I know you grab me from my hair and kiss me, I do not resist you maybe I do not want to or out of fear this gives you courage and I feel your warm breath on my neck, before I know it and I open my eyes, you walk away from me never to be seen again.
And I drown myself in the depth of the sea still feeling your touch till my soul I surrender myself with tears in my eyes imaging myself drowning into you forever.

This is a short and sweet love story portrayed by me about lovers who love each other Immensely but cannot marry each other.

WOW! this really shows how someone can connect with someone even for a brief moment. There is real meaning behind this piece and I'm sure a lot of people would be able to relate to it as it can be interpretted in quite a few ways.

This is truly a very sensual and I mean that in the most classical
sense of a romantic interlude. They meet they connect kiss so
passionately if only for a brief moment and like mystical smoke
vanish in thin air. In a thought of being lost in that feeling one
surrenders ones life to indecision and pain. Very well written!
