JOKER: You or Me !

The sudden emotions of a mediocre human being

You

were the one smiling always

but no one noticed the woe

behind your smiles

You

told some sad jokes

but though sad

they were "jokes"

People

laughed, enjoyed

You tried to explain some more

some more were the amusements

You

thought, everyone is smiling

why should I not join them

and joined them in your grievances

How come, 

these peoples who don’t consider

woes of the same breed of people's

try and understand your sufferings

They

were living your life

but considered you a Joker by act

by fate

Okay I read it twice. As I came down, the first time, I thought you were talking about someone who had bullied you. And so this was a challenge to him. But the last two stanzas gave me a chill.
Then I read it the second time and the meaning became clearer but the last stanza again didn't fit. What were you trying to say? The people are laughing, because they love laughing at whoever falls. That, though a galore of cliches, is fine to understand, but then you say the bully acts joker, which goes over my head.
Bullys are always masters of retinue. People laugh, willingly or unwillingly under them.
Overall nice, but the last stanza doesn't resonate.

Well, I was trying to come up with the point that people are insane enough to make fun over emotions which I have tried to bring in light through the "Joker" who symbolizes a fun part, yet he is in pain.
