MoonlightA Poem by KatieA random poem I made up out of boredom
When night arrives
the gravedigger strikes. Alone in the moonlight, the bright blue moonlight. He digs a shallow grave to hide his treasure, and disappears into the moonlight once more. He rides through the night on his trusty stead, Dressed in a mix of black and stains of red, he rides through the night silently. He returns the following night, greedy and frustrated. He digs up the grave only to be suprised, his jewels were gone and so was his pride, the moon weeped with him. Fore his treasure was gone, and he could not save his love, His sick love lenore. And so he searched day and night for the ransom, but he never found it, no.. He could not find it. The moon a bright circle, the clouds roaming free. The Gravedigger lost his pride, he treasure, and his lovely bride-to-be. © 2013 KatieAuthor's Note
