The Apology Of A Boy

The Apology Of A Boy

A Poem by K@^^3r0n

The Apology Of A Boy

I know this boy,

left right here,

Left with nothing,

But his fear,

He smiles at me,

Wanting to cry,

He leaves me here,

Holding in a lie,

I close my eyes,

Praying for him,

Before i say my last goodbyes,

He still sits there,

Yet this day,

Waiting for something,

Else to say,

He closes his eyes,

Praying for me,

Before he can begin the apology

This piece, was made after watching "The Boy In The Striped Pajamas" and in my reading class, we've recently been learning about the holocaust. This piece was created for the boys and girls, who had been murdered in the holocaust. It was a terrible thing, and i hope that it will NEVER become of the world once more. It was very tragic, and i can see all the sorrow that has been put into the holocaust. And i pray all the time for those people, and i pray that wherever they are, they find joy.
