Flowers

Flowers

A Poem by Indigomoon

Flowers
They are sweet.
Smelling so delightful, so pure from the Earth.
Flowers
Beautiful from bloom to stem.
Like you, the person I hand them to.
Flowers
Plucked just for you.
Hollylock a deep pink, for the way you blush.
Green Iris, for the lovely shade of your eyes.
Periwinkle, blue as the sky when we first kissed.
Jasmine, as white as the dress you will hopefully wear for me.
Flowers.
From me to you my love.
I hope you take them.
To say yes to me.
My sweet Juniper.
