I feel you slowly slipping away from me
The good times we had, just memories
That will fade as time moves forward

Was it really worth it?
To have someone there for you one day
Then the next, gone

Gone like a breeze
Like the light extinguished from one single candle
Like the love I once felt

You were my brethren, my parent, my friend, my lover, my child
But now you are gone, as quickly as you came
