Birth of Sin

Birth of Sin

A Poem by Kaliou

Marble staircases,

Tarnished red by the immaculate birth of lust,

The twelve disciples turned a deaf eye,

And a blind ear.

Violent intrusion trickled through cracked innocence.

Ardent whispers enticed perversion,

Bondage and Discipline,

Dominance,

Submission.

What’s your safe word?

The imagery here is amazing. Very dark, very sensuous. It's brutal but at the same time pleasurable

My safe word: I don't know...

But, the imagery here is dark, blasphemous, disturbing

But, I guess there is a love, a real love, found between the agents in the dominant-submissive paradigm.

Maybe that's why we have a religious impulse after all.

Great work, I think.
