Thou Shall Love

Thou Shall Love

A Poem by Kals

You don't even look twice at me,

"Just keep walking," you tell yourself,

"Don't make eye contact," I think,

I miss you Baby,

Please don't think I don't,

I know you still hurt,

That dead, sorrowful look in your eyes,

I know I'm not imagining it,

Stop hiding from me,

Come out of your shell please,

The days are shot,

But the nights are long without you,

Here by my side,

I miss those midnight kisses,

The movements of your leg touching mine,

To make sure I'm still there,

Can you come back to my bed?

Please Baby?

It's so cold without your love....
