Eating dirt
This feels got me hoping
That this whole time I’ve been
Eating dirt
It’s like a ritual suicide
That I’ll just keep on chewing

No nutrients
Just pain
And yet I lay here

If life can flourish
Leafy greens
Then why can’t it work for me?
