NightShade

NightShade

A Poem by Kala
"

A descriptive poem, I wrote a long time ago.

"

Silver – blue beams
Moonlight shining through trees
Branches swaying in a breeze
Leaves shifting and chattering
Young maiden walking through
Silver hair illuminated
Frost blue eyes shining
Ears pointed
Black leather incases her
Shoulders two elbows
Hips two knees
Boots running up her leg
Beauty is there
Apparent through armor
Can’t be hid
Men left gaping
Sword is held
Unsheathed
Outstretched
Blood drips
Assassin walks on
To find her past
Her fate in Sunsol
Answer questions
She was abandoned
She will find her parents
Taking her vengeance
For years long neglected
Assassin, assassin
One of the best
With enhanced vision
You strike at night
Night Shade
That is what they call you
Dangerous in day
Lethal at night
