Savior

This is the first poem i ever wrote!

Can I be your savior?

The one you look up to.

To listen to your problems

And help you through and through.

Can I be your savior?

The one person that you trust.

Keeping all your secrets to myself

And making sure I don’t bust.

Can I be your savior?

To be the one to hold you while you cry.

Even if everyone else leaves you

I will never tell you good-bye.

The most important reason though

I want to be your savior, my sweetheart

Is that I love you more than anything

       From the bottom of my heart.
