I'm in a condition with all my shymtoms,but I'm a girl with a broken heart..You cut me like a knife when you walked out of my life..Now  i have no choose it goes deeper when i hear your voice..Than you hear the sound of the bones and the color&movment of the blood ..Its comeing straight down my hand,,Every time you'll never see me crying..You made me feel specail but never made it alright..Just take another stab into my heart  now I have no life.. Well you'll never see me crying

No one is worth commiting suicide over. Well written poem, just a couple of typos. ( you have shymtoms and I think you meant (symptoms) and susisd and I think you meant suicide. Anyway nice write.
