End of the road.A Poem by ~FALL3N-ANG3L~Most wont understand what this poem is really bout. But I used to take long trips with my family. I may of hated gettin lost, but looking back now. Im glad we did, because it made the trip meaningful.
Oh, how'd it get this far?
Were we blind to the signs? I should of listened a few miles back, Now we're lost with no map. Hey, I think were stuck. No where to go, no place to call home. The wheels won't turn, An the roads too far gone. Oh, how'd we get down here? Did you take the wrong turn? I should of asked long ago, Time for a tow. Now, those were the times. Looking back now, I'm so glad. Summers filled with the road. Back roads an side trips. A missed turn now an then, A dirt road, turned to mud. It may not be where we want, But that was the end of the road for us. Oh, how'd we get this far away? Were we blind to the signs? I should of listened back then, Now we're lost with no map. But, I don't care. Oh no I don't care, This is the end of the road for us. We're here, no place to call home. How bout here? How bout there? It don't matter to me, We're already there. The wheels won't turn, The road's too far gone, No place to call home, We're at the end of the road.
