A Poem by Kain Smith
"

Some lyrics for the opening theme of a game I'm working on.

"
The guardians trapped in their tower
Of ivory heartily resent their walls-
There in idleness trapped til the end of their days.
How long, how long, 'til one of them falls?

The freedom to move past the boundaries-
The will to ensure their hopes endure-
Oh what horrors they make when they lose all sense of control.
What future will their efforts secure?

Yet in the darkness light must glimmer-
And hope still held tight will not go.
Still a hero must rise from the ashes of the past.
What will history and his story show?
