Colors

A Poem by Kailei
"

-Aeson Asa

"
Red dripping down between his fingers.
What is red that manages to linger?
Something so calm, so friendly.
Where he wishes to be more commonly.

Orange came from red,
Does the orange leave him dead?
Insecurities, name to say
Why have it any other way?

Yellow, he bellow.
Bring out the numbness inside.
Yellow takes all of his pride,
It leaves me empty where good should reside.

Green isn't here.
It tends to symbolize happiness,
Is it far or is it near?
I guess he would call it loneliness.

Blue represents the anger.
The resentment, the wrath.
The peace goes silent,
The violence rings in his ears.

Purple, the worry.
Everything out there is what you fear
The dread, the distress
Purples what lets out the tears.

Pink, passion.
Love is what is true
It doesn't come often
Yet it leaves me anew.

White, healing.
Finally getting over anything.
Something so abolishing,
It's the final stage of his living.
