Lone Fish

a school of fish swimming
where it's deep, and shallow
a single one is lagging
having a hard time to follow

they got far ahead
the lone got further behind
decided it's better off dead
the pack wasn't too kind.

the lone stopped swimming
it drifted to the edge
this was no beginning
only the end

The lone started to rot
all alone, unglowing
the blood doesn't clot
it just kept flowing.
