This is about someone who wants to commit suicide, but can't really bring herself to do it. She keeps looking for reasons to stay, but the only one she can find is that she doesn't want to leave this person she has a crush on. She just doesn't want to lea

The third stanza is my favorite.

I often feel the same way.
The last two lines have a great flow, also.
