Lost in the Shuffle

Lost in the Shuffle

A Poem by Kae Martyndale

Leaves of paper

With frayed edges

Left out

To dry

A gentle touch

That is

Severed

By a rusty nail

A precious moment

That got lost

In the

Shuffle
