SerendipityA Poem by CatMade while I was soul searchingOver a billion people and the world still seems so small All lost for reason left behind I'd question all A million things to do, a million more to know If I know who love was, I'd say leave me alone 4 thousand places but so much I haven't seen Who would've thought all I've been searching for was right inside of me Sometimes falling is the only way your lungs learn how to breath Sometimes life's a bittersweet serendipity Run out of answers and hope for brighter days the door always left open, too smart for this charade A million things to do, a million more to know I learned through breaking through The answer's never "no" It takes losing those you love to see exactly who love is It takes heartache after heartache to love the life you live It takes albums filled with teardrops to leave behind the past It takes loving and forgiving to know how long love lasts 4 thousand places but so much I haven't seen Who would've thought all I've been searching for was right inside of me Sometimes falling is the only way your lungs learn how to breath Sometimes life's a bittersweet serendipity © 2017 CatAuthor's Note
