Life is Not a Noun

....time for action....

upon looking 

in the dictionary 

I became a bit 

confused

searched for life 

and all it’s worth 

but I think it’s been 

misused 

for life they say 

it is a noun

but tell me how 

can that be?

for life is in 

constant motion 

life itself 

has set life free 

for life it is an

action word 

fully of activity, growth 

and vigor 

life it keeps on 

rolling on

it’s a verb and a 

constant trigger

so as we sit 

upon the fence 

watch as the noun of

life passes by 

perhaps we can ponder 

the action genre 

jump into life 

and learn to fly
