Shine on my friend and when you do

you are the ever flowing energy 

ecstatic universal motion

to create your very own commotion 

you are the stillness in the silence 

the crackle in the bang 

the infection in the laughter 

you are the birds that always sang 

you are the ripple in the ocean 

the swaying in the trees

you are the moment of elation 

the one who holds the keys 

you are the salmon who swims upstream 

and the bear who waits to eat 

as you fly out of the water 

it is you the bear you meet 

you are the warmth in the sunshine 

the chill in the arctic ice 

yes you are the everywhen 

and you are ALL the men and mice 

shine on my friend and when you do 

relax into the flow 

your existence is what matters 

now illuminate the show
