.... a little bit of lightness and energy shifting ... yep ... not much more than that :)

la di dah 

la dee dee 

I am happy being me 

you can question

you can judge 

but this me I am, and

I won’t budge 

I have brought myself 

to here and now 

dancing along the way 

learnt many lessons 

along the path 

oh man - learnt new ones every day!

comfortable in my skin 

yes! I must profess I be

laugh out loud at my own jokes 

for all the world to see 

look back into the past

I see from where i have come 

dilly dallying around each turn

now I'm brave it’s much more fun 

I sing in tune with the world 

gosh even the universe 

let go of all negativity 

and critical people i’m quite adverse 

to bounce within the moment 

in this ball of now

to make life itself my lover 

it’s fun, it’s happy, it’s wow!!!

I feel as if I know that song KwP. A late coming of age poem - its never to late to come of age though lol.
singing to the vibration of the entire universe must feel wonderful - no wonder its so WOW ! I love the contagious good-feeling this one instills in the being of the reader - it class !!

even if there has been pain in the past, and trips along the way...the dance has been pretty good...the experiences have helped to make me wiser ....and being comfortable in our own skin...as i feel in mine...easy to relate to this ....it is "Wow"!

this morning i went to the gym as is my want .. and while doing the cybex stair climber i thought and put myself in this poem ... i thought about the changes i effected around me by creating stirs of air from my whipping feet and the thermal impressions i was making from my heated little body .. and i breathed in all around me and exhaled all those stars up above .. so you write and share and affect and have an effect .. on this little boy from the midwest .. loving you now girl .. can you feel it?? ;)

yes I can feel it and I love love love your words and thank you for sharing cos I was thinking this poem was abit cringe worthy - you have reminded me of an old learning here today - thank you - :) Ihave just come back from the gym but to my dismay the cyber stair climber was out of order - all ten of them !!!! So I sat my butt down on the bike a while and then did a quick hang out on the treadmill - my sciatica has flared up so the no resistance of the climber is what I need ... You are awesome - and oh yeah I have known that a while and of course I can feel it - the path is clear I feel it all the way XXXX LOVE

Mmmmmm contagious tune :) Even though you said it is a bit of lightness, i really enjoyed the tangible theme of "be who you are because those that matter won't mind, and those who mind don't matter". I absolutely liked the line "make life itself my lover" :) amen to that!! :)
