Noticing the Now

... to allow ourselves to live in the present ...

it requires 

an entire plethora

of strength to

unravel

let go 

become unattached 

ah …

to appreciate  

the benefits 

thinking of unravelling

understanding the unravelling

believing in unravelling

becoming (all whilst unbecoming) 

an element  

of the unravelling motion

thank goodness …

each moment we reside 

is an original juncture

offering

a gift - 

brand-new beginnings

perhaps …

each instant

an excuse

to flick the switch 

allowing the lights 

to shine with brilliance

once more

- inside out 

foremost …

contemplation is urged

allowing opportunity of

understanding

causing us to 

believe 

followed by 

actualising the belief 

infinite 

ability to

unravel

release

unshackle

emancipate

let go 

dissipate 

become undone 

once again we can feel 

the embodiment 

of the life force 

we all inhabit 

pulsing 

gushing

overflowing 

moment 

noticing the now

the now is all there be

basking in its own resplendent 

unified vivacity

it is good to let go, be unattached but to maintain that in the face of so called reality is a task beyond us in our human body, if only we could live in a sensory deprivation tank.....sweet dreams, great writing from you, inspires deep thinking, thank you :)

To live in he present moment, a desire but in practice , as soon as I think i well it's gone! I know that bordered on satire but paying attention to life is tricky to put it mildly. I am running normally on " automatic pilot" just to mention a banal action, waking up getting into the shower and when you come out ask yourself about them temparature unless it was beyond bearable most would miss it. Stuck in the past, ignoring the present while wanting a better future. Yet that is preciselly the process wich engenders Regret, fear, mourning, anger, all come from comparing the present moment with a past, future, or alternative moment, from the tension between this moment and that moment.

Great writing a wake up call to entertain a different frame of mind.

it is hard to let go and just enjoy the most out of life...we tend to plan too much, be careful too much...
unraveling isn't all that bad...because often we are wound way too tightly.
