Reflections

A Poem by KWP

Fire reflected through ones soul

Burning desire to be whole

Journey long, lessons learned

Ego lost, wisdom earned

Great words. Right to the point.

I wish I could add this to my favorites but WC is not letting me. This what I am going through right now and this piece really touched something deep within me. We all make mistakes and mistakes are the ground we can build our self up on in way as long as we learn from them. Then we will grow upwards into something beautiful and with strength and wisdom because of the lessons and trials endured in life. The burnt edges of our lives makes for a good story. Love this piece.

I've read through a few of your poems and I really enjoy your ability to make short but meaningful writings. It takes a very natural writer to make something that can touch another's heart but a seasoned writer to make it meaningful and concise.

Beautiful< I see these words stenciled on a wall, in a cursive script, maybe in a room with a huge, wood-burning fire place in it.
Pleased to make your acquaintance, thank you for the friend request, I see we have many in common.

I like how these words read, it creates a nice rhythm and rhyme. I see this piece of writing as someone wanting to become whole but they must learn many lessons and let go of their ego in order to gain wisdom. A nice way to put it in such a small space.

Good Job
