cookery and love mixed in a pie of togetherness, I love this poem, just the style, the construction, the rhyme's its a little piece of heaven like sweet pie. One for the library i think :)
I share with this writing the view that at times it feels as if there are forces namely materilitis forces that helps us to lay foundation for something to be built upon. This forces seem to come from below , the blood , sweat and tears needed to dig and build I guess. But what is one to put on top of it as we know materilstic forces alone have the tendency to decay. We look up and with open arms we embrace what is to come from above. Love that is in this case. Love that that warms the poor shepherd hearts, that enlightens the wise kings’ heads.
